How long does production take?
Production takes between 4 and 8 business days from the moment we receive your photographs and complete instructions.
What photos should I send?
We recommend a clear front-facing photo and, if possible, another profile or full-body photo. The better references we have, the more accurate the result will be.
Can I choose clothes, pose, and accessories?
Yes. Write all the details in the product instruction field. We will assess any particularly complex requests with you.
Do you ship to all of Spain?
Yes, we ship throughout Spain. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown before payment, according to the delivery address.
Can I return a custom-made figure?
As this is a custom-made product, returns for change of mind are not accepted. If it arrives damaged or there is a defect, please write to us and we will resolve it.
